Police have charged a 43-year-old man following an incident at a Booie property on February 6.
Police were called to an address on Shellbachs Road between Curtis Road and Haydens Road at approximately 1.30pm following reports of an incident involving a firearm.
Following investigations, specialist police along with officers from the Kingaroy Criminal Investigation Branch arrested the man at a Nanango address on February 11.
The Kingaroy man has been charged with one count each of dangerous conduct with weapon and unlawful possession of weapon category A, B or M.
The man has been remanded in custody and is due to appear in the Kingaroy Magistrates Court on February 12.
