Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 15-year-old girl missing from Logan Reserve since 17 September.

The girl (pictured) was last seen at about 6.37pm on Stoneleigh Reserve Boulevard and has not been heard from since.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare due to her age and a medical condition.

She is described as approximately 160cm tall with a proportionate build, black long hair and blue eyes.

The girl was last seen wearing a black t-shirt , white pyjama pants with pink hearts.

Police are appealing to the girl or anyone with relevant information regarding her whereabouts to contact police.
