A crime scene has been declared at a Maroochydore property in relation to the death of two people this morning, July 4.

About 11.20am, police and emergency services were called to a Kingsford Smith Parade in relation to a welfare check.

Two persons were located deceased.

Investigations are underway, and a crime scene has been declared.

Police believe there is no ongoing threat to the public.
