A teenage boy has been charged with unlawfully using a motor vehicle on Friday, April 25 in Townsvile.

It will be alleged the boy was involved in the stealing of Ram ute from Granville Street, Pimlico, around 6am on April 25.

The same stolen Ram utility was involved in a number of alleged hit and run incidents on Friday morning in Thuringowa, as well as the disruption of the Anzac Day Parade. 

No one has been charged in relation to the manner of driving of the vehicle on Friday morning and investigations are continuing.

The stolen Ram utility was located by police at 11.15am at Paddington Terrace, Douglas.

A 15-year-old Kelso boy has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of armed robbery. He is due to appear in the Townsville Childrens Court today.
