Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 54-year-old woman reported missing from Buderim.
Luvale Chambers, pictured, was last seen on March 17 and has not been seen since.
Family and police hold concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition.
She is described as 165cm, with a slim build, blonde hair and blue eyes.
Luvale is believed to be travelling in a white Lexus hatchback with Queensland registration 312YMH and is known to frequent the Mooloolaba area.
Investigators encourage Luvale or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact police immediately.
