Upper Mount Gravatt CIB have charged a 24-year-old man from Carina Heights with 36 offences in connection with a series of property offences across the Gold Coast, Logan, and Brisbane.

It is alleged between 28 August and 12 September, the man was involved in a series of break and enters in suburbs including Stretton, Jimboomba, Boyland, Tallai, Camp Hill, East Brisbane, and Bundall, including the burglary of a home in Brooks St, Camp Hill where it is alleged the man forced entry through the front door of the home.

The man was located and arrested at a Bellbird Park address yesterday when Police attended in relation to another matter.

The 24-year-old Carina Heights man has been charged with multiple offences including seven counts each of burglary, enter premises and commit indictable offence, six counts of stealing, four counts of unauthorised use of motor vehicle, and one count each of wilful damage, trespass, and possess firearm.

He is due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court today, 17 September.

Investigations are continuing and police urge anyone with further information related to these incidents to come forward.
