Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 28-year-old woman reported missing from Gracemere in Rockhampton.
Candace Williams was last seen on March 15 and has not been seen since.
Family and police have concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.
She is described as 175cm, proportionate build, dark brown hair with hazel eyes.
Police encourage Candace or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact them.
