Police are appealing for public assistance following an assault in Underwood early this morning, March 16.
Investigations indicate, about 12.20am two men, a 20-year-old Springwood man and a 22-year-old Kuraby man, were walking south along Logan Road when they have walked past a white Hilux.
Unknown offenders, in the vehicle, have driven forward and fired a number of shots, before fleeing the scene.
The 20-year-old Springwood man was struck with a projectile in the right shoulder.
He was transported to Logan Hospital in a stable condition.
No one else was injured.
