Conservation Regulator investigating apparent cases of animal cruelty against wildlife in Ballarat

Victoria’s Conservation Regulator is believed to be investigating reports of swans getting hit by a car and injuries to a possum in the Lake Wendouree precinct, where wildlife rescuers say five decapitated birds and a possum with its tail cut off had been found over the past few years.
