Calls for crime summit in Dubbo but is social media creating an unwarranted ‘frenzy’?

Despite a Dubbo councillor making efforts to draw political attention to the western NSW town, the mayor does not believe data backs up claims of a crime wave, nor does a man who’s been filming for social media.
