Police are seeking help from the public as their search for a missing Queensland woman on South Australia’s western Eyre Peninsula enters its third day.

According to SA Police, 48-year-old Julie was last seen about 5pm on Sunday, May 7, in Streaky Bay.
Streaky Bay is a coastal town about 720 kilometres from Adelaide and about 300 kilometres north-west of Port Lincoln.
Police have appealed for the public’s assistance after receiving a report of a female seen hitchhiking along Jessie Flat Road between 8:30am and 10:30am on Monday.
The woman was seen near the corner of Jessie Flat Road and Jubilee Road.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw the female on Jessie Flat Road or who has dashcam footage.
Police have been searching Streaky Bay and the surrounding areas with the assistance of the State Emergency Service.
Police said Julie was not familiar with the area and her family were concerned for her welfare.
Police described Julie as about 170cm tall with dark shoulder-length hair and was last seen wearing jeans, a blue-striped top with a star in the middle and light-coloured boots.
Anyone who sees Julie or knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact the Police Assistance Line immediately on 131 444.
