Residents ‘absolutely broken’ by crime in ‘war zone’ town, as shire president begs WA Premier for help

In a letter to McGowan and several WA cabinet ministers, Carnarvon Shire Council president Eddie Smith says the government must change how it tackles antisocial behaviour in the town.
