- ACT — One death, 62 cases in hospital
- NSW — 10 deaths, 1,437 cases in hospital

Queensland
Queensland has recorded two COVID-related deaths and 8,687 new cases in the latest reporting period.
There are 480 people being treated in hospital, including 16 of them in intensive care.
The state is hovering just under 60,000 known active cases.

New South Wales
Another 10 people have died with COVID-19 in New South Wales.
There are 1,437 people in hospital, with 47 requiring intensive care treatment.
The state reported 17,597 new cases today, more than 10,000 of those were detected via rapid antigen tests.

ACT
One person has died with COVID-19 and 959 new cases have been reported in the Australian Capital Territory.
It takes the number of known active cases to 5,974.
There are 62 people in hospital with the virus, three in intensive care and two requiring ventilators.
Victoria
Victoria has reported 9,601 new cases of COVID-19 and seven further deaths.
It brings the number of known active infections to 64,132.
There are 366 people in hospital after contracting the virus and, of those patients, 15 are in intensive care units and three are on ventilators.
More than 66 per cent of Victorian adults have received three doses of a vaccine.

Tasmania
Tasmania has recorded 1,803 new cases of COVID-19, down from yesterday’s 1,885.
It brings the number of known active infections in the state to 12,676.
There are 38 people are in hospital with the virus and, of these, 16 are being treated specifically for COVID-19 symptoms.
Northern Territory
The number of known active cases in the Northern Territory is sitting just in excess of 3,100, with 471 new cases recorded today.
No one in the territory is being treated for COVID-19 in intensive care at this point, but there are 24 people in hospital with the virus and eight requiring oxygen.
The majority of today’s new cases were detected via rapid antigen tests.
South Australia
A woman in her 90s has died after testing positive to COVID-19 in South Australia.
There are currently 201 people in hospital with the virus.
The state has seen a substantial drop in the number of new cases, with 4,777 infections have been reported today, a fall from 5,666 on Friday.
Western Australia
Western Australia has recorded 6,566 new cases of COVID-19.
Another three historical deaths have been recorded, dating back to April 2, and all three were men aged in their 50s.
There are 236 people being treated for the virus in hospital, with eight in intensive care.
