Leonard Francis is currently awaiting sentencing in the USA on bribery and conspiracy charges in relation to his work as a contractor to the US Navy. After pleading guilty he is now co-operating with the NCIS in their investigations into the wild parties he organised which included provision of sex-workers to navy officers.
