Mr Todd, 47, was reported missing from his home about 10:00am on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

He was remanded in custody after appearing in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court today.
The development follows a 30-year-old man and a 49-year-old man — whose names and images have been suppressed — being arrested and charged with murder on December 12, 2019.
Detectives then arrested a 41-year-old Murray Bridge man on March 26, 2020, in connection with the death.
He was charged with impeding an investigation and two counts of providing a false statement, SAPOL said.
The man arrested today will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court tomorrow, along with the pair charged with murder in 2019.
SAPOL has urged anyone with further information about the investigation to contact Crime Stoppers.
