Man charged in relation to October 18 traffic crash, Bardon
A 21-year-old Ipswich man has been charged following investigations into a two-vehicle traffic crash at Bardon on October 18.
Police will allege at approximately 5.20pm, a Ford Ranger utility was travelling north-east along Simpsons Road when it stuck a Toyota Camry, travelling in the opposite direction, near the intersection of The Drive.
The driver of the utility, a 21-year-old Ipswich man, was subject to a Roadside Drug Test where he allegedly returned a positive result.
He was detained for further testing requiring bloods to be taken at hospital which was conducted independently of the QPS.

On November 13, the man was charged with one count each of drive while relevant drug is present in blood and drive motor vehicle without a driver licence.
He was issued with a notice to appear at Brisbane Magistrates Court on December 16.
