Edward Howes, pictured, was last seen at an address at Bateke Road around 10.30am and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Edward is described as Caucasian, approximately 175cm tall, with a proportionate build, with long curly brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper, dark coloured jeans, running shoes and carrying a dark coloured backpack.
Police are appealing for Edward, or anyone with information about his whereabouts, to immediately come forward.
