The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a serious single-vehicle crash at Townsville last night, 24 September.
Shortly before 5.30pm, emergency services were called to Kennedy Street, North Ward following reports a man had fallen off a bicycle.
The 76-year-old man was transported to Townsville University Hospital with serious head injuries.
