The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal two-vehicle traffic crash in Westbrook this morning, 13 September.

Initial investigations indicate that, at approximately 6.06am, a black Mazda B2500 was travelling along Toowoomba Millmerran Road when it collided head-on with a black Nissan Navara.

The driver and sole occupant of the Mazda, a 28-year-old Southbrook woman, was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver, a 22-year-old Pittsworth man, who was the sole occupant of the Nissan Navara was transported to Toowoomba Base Hospital with minor injuries.

Anyone who witnessed the crash, or who has relevant information or dashcam footage of the vehicles, is urged to contact police.
