Police are appealing for public assistance to identify a man who may be able to assist investigations into an indecent act being committed at Park Avenue on 2 September.
At approximately 5.30pm a man approached a 61-year-old woman walking her dogs through Kershaw Gardens near the leash free dog park (Charles Street entrance) before exposing himself and conducting an indecent act.
The woman was not physically touched or injured.
The man is described as Caucasian, approximately 30 years of age, with long wavy dark hair and patchy stubble. The man was seen wearing worn/faded light blue jeans and a blue/grey T-shirt with cuffs.
Police area appealing to the man, or anyone with information, to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
