A 29-year-old Eagleby man has been charged following a traffic crash at Calamvale overnight.
It will be alleged, just before 10pm on 24 August, the man was driving a stolen silver Ford Territory, when he evaded police at Sunnybank Hills.
A short time later, he was observed driving dangerously on Tallowood Way.
The driver has then allegedly turned onto Beaudesert Road at high speed.
He later collided with a silver Mercedes-Benz C250 and a blue Volkswagen T-roc.
A 29-year-old Eagleby man allegedly fled the scene but was arrested a short time later.
He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The drivers of the Mercedes-Benz C250 and Volkswagen T-roc also sustained minor injuries.
The man has since been charged with one count each of evading police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, driving without a driver licence, using a vehicle for which a number plate attached is granted for another vehicle, learner driver must be properly supervised, learner driver must not drive unless L plate displayed, vehicle not fitted with prescribed interlock, possession of stolen property, possession of a weapon.
He will appear at Richlands Magistrates Court today, 25 August.
Police are urging anyone with dashcam or CCTV of the incident to come forward.
