Police have charged a man with manslaughter following the sudden death of a man at Rasmussen yesterday afternoon, 18 August.
Investigations indicate about 3:25pm police were called to a house on Maria Street following reports a man was unresponsive.
Upon police arrival, a 45-year-old Rasmussen man was located unresponsive and officers commenced CPR however the man later declared deceased.
Following investigations a 63-year-old Condon man has been charged with one count of manslaughter and is expected to appear in the Townsville Magistrates Court tomorrow, 20 August.
