Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 14-year-old Greenbank boy who has been missing since 2 August.
The boy (pictured) was last seen in the vicinity of Loganlea Road, Meadowbrook at 1.30pm that day and has not contacted his family since.
Police and the boy’s family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his age and medical condition.
He is approximately 167cm tall with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigators believe the boy may have travelled to the Rockhampton area.
Police are appealing to the boy or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to please come forward.
