Police are appealing for information as they investigate a serious two-vehicle traffic crash at Boreen Point on the Sunshine Coast in the early hours of this morning, 17 August.
Around 1am, a 2007 grey Toyota Yaris being driven by a 44-year-old Cootharaba man collided with a 2014 silver Nissan Micra being driven by a 32-year-old Cooroy Mountain man on Louis Bazzo Drive.
Both drivers were transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital along with a 31-year-old male passenger in the Nissan Micro, who is also from Cooroy Mountain.
Anyone who may have witnesses the crash or has any dashcam or vision that could assist the investigation, is urged to come forward.
