A motorcyclist has died following a traffic crash in Numinbah Valley this evening, 6 August.

Initial investigations indicate around 4:15pm a motorcycle was travelling on Old Nerang–Murwillumbah Road when it has left the road and crashed into a ditch.

A 41-year-old Logan Reserve man was declared deceased at the scene.

Anyone with further information or relevant vision in the lead up to the crash is urged to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
