Detectives from Indooroopilly Criminal Investigation Branch have charged three people following an alleged break and enter at Kenmore, in the early hours of this morning, 31 July.
Initial investigations indicate that approximately 3.43am, five people forced entry into a Skye Street residence.
It will be alleged the group, armed with baseball bats, entered the home, with one of the offenders allegedly armed with a firearm.
The five people then fled the scene.
A short time later, police have arrested two men and a woman in relation to the incident and recovered a replica firearm.
A crime scene has been declared, and investigations are ongoing.
A 26-year-old Windaroo man has been charged with 18 offences including one count of enter dwelling and commit, nine counts of offence to possess S4 or S8 medicine, six counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and one count each of possess utensils, and receiving tainted property.
He is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow, 1 August.
An 18-year-old Cannon Hill man has been charged with one count of enter dwelling and commit.
He is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on 24 August.
A 21-year-old Deagon woman has been charged with one count of enter dwelling and commit.
She is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on 28 August.
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in Skye Street area around the time of the incident, or who may have relevant vision, to come forward.
