Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 51-year-old man missing from Cooktown since 13 July.
Frank Kepple (pictured), also known as Eddie, was last seen at a May Street property around 11:30am and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Eddie is First Nations, approximately 180cm tall, with a proportionate build.
He was last seen wearing a red and cream flannelette shirt and jeans.
Police believe the man may have travelled to Hope Vale or Coen.
Investigators are appealing to Eddie or anyone with relevant information regarding his whereabouts to contact police.
