Police are appealing for information in relation to a fire at Clontarf last night, 8 July.

Initial investigations indicate about 8.20pm, a fire has started at a recycle facility on Duffield Road causing large flames and smoke.

No one was injured and the fire was extinguished about 10.05pm

A crime scene has been declared.

Police are appealing to anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dashcam vision in the area around the time of the incident to come forward.

Investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing.
