Police have charged a 37-year-old woman following a protracted investigation into a series of property crime offences in Tara earlier this year.
On 1 July detectives from Dalby Criminal Investigation Branch and Child Protection Investigation Unit with assistance from the South West District Tactical Crime Squad and Tara Police Station executed a search warrant at a Golden Glow Road address.
During the search police allegedly located a stolen bobcat, front-end loader with backhoe attachment, trailer, large generator, tractor, stump grinder, sprint car and a gazebo along with approximately one kilogram of cannabis.
It is alleged the items were stolen from several rural properties in the Tara area between April and June this year.
A 37-year-old Tara woman has been charged with four counts of stealing, three counts of unlawful possession of a motor vehicle, and one count of possessing dangerous drugs.
She is due to appear before the Chinchilla Magistrates Court on 9 July.
Detectives are appealing for anyone with relevant information that may assist with their investigations to contact police.
Investigations remain ongoing.
