The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash in Morganville near Bundaberg this morning, 30 April.

Initial investigations indicate a motorbike was travelling on Good Night Scrub Road near Tenningering Creek just before 6am when it came over a hill and collided with another vehicle.

The motorbike rider, a 57-year-old Good Night man, suffered critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 52-year-old Good Night man was uninjured. 

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has relevant CCTV or dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
