Police have charged a man and a woman in relation to a break and enter offence at a hotel bottle shop in Pittsworth on Monday, 20 April.
Around 3.40am police will allege the pair used an axe to gain entry into the premises on Yandilla Street.
Once inside its alleged they stole a quantity of alcohol before leaving the scene in a vehicle.
Following investigations police located the pair at an Oakey address earlier this morning 22 April, where they were taken into custody.
A 32-year-old Dalby woman and a 31-year-old Oakey man have both been charged with one count each of enter premises and commit.
Both are due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court tomorrow 23 April.
