Police are seeking public assistance in locating a 60-year-old man reported missing from Wacol since 20 April.
John Amundsen was last seen boarding a bus in Chermside around 11:45am on Monday and has not been heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to an ongoing medical condition.
John is described as Caucasian, 173cm tall with a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, green cargo shorts, white sneakers and a cream-coloured bucket hat.
He may also be wearing a mustard-coloured hoodie.
Police are appealing to John, or anyone who may have information about his whereabouts, to contact police.
