Family Violence detectives have charged a man with stalking, coercive control and sexual offences incidents involving different victims across Brisbane.

It will be alleged, in mid-2025 a 27-year-old woman used a white Mercedes Benz A45 rideshare to return home at night.

The driver connected with her on social media and a relationship developed in June 2025.

During the relationship, it will be alleged the man repeatedly accessed the woman’s phone and threatened to assault her.

The woman unsuccessfully attempted to end the relationship on numerous occasions.

It will be alleged on the night of 20 July, the man attended at the woman’s house unannounced and sexually assaulted her.

The woman ended the relationship and told the man not to contact her again.

On 17 August, the man again turned up at the woman’s house unannounced and threatened her, however left due to other people being there.

Then on 1 November 2024 a 21-year-old woman used a white Mercedes Benz A45 rideshare to return home from Fortitude Valley.

It will be alleged that the driver exchanged social media account details with the woman.

Over the next seven days it will be alleged the man sent the woman multiple messages and threatened to attend her workplace.

The woman never met the man after the original ride share and blocked him on social media and phone before attending a police station to report the matter.

As a result of further investigations, it will be further alleged around November 2020 a 20-year-old woman started a relationship with a man.

Within two months the man assaulted the woman and went through her phone.

The man allegedly phoned the woman multiple times per day and turned up at her house if she did not answer the phone calls.

The woman finished the relationship in early 2021 and attended a police station in May 2021 in relation to the matter.

On 17 November 2025, police executed a search warrant at a Ferny Hills residence where they seized mobile phones and a laptop, allegedly belonging to the man.

The 29-year-old Ferny Hills man has been charged with one count each of rape, coercive control, threatening violence and three counts of stalking.

He will next appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on April 17.

Extensive investigations indicate the same man is allegedly involved in all incidents.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who feels they have been a victim of a similar offence to contact police.
