Detectives are investigating after four people forced entry to a Skyview Avenue Rochedale property on Monday morning, 30 March.
Preliminary inquiries indicate at 5.15am the people have forced the front door and threatened the female resident with a knife.
One of the people hit the ladies’ phone from her hand causing an injury to her finger.
The four people demanded cash and briefly searched the residence before leaving without taking any property in a white SUV.
Investigators believe the white SUV may be connected with a number of other property offences in the greater south Brisbane area yesterday.
Anyone who has seen the vehicle or has further information or vision, including dashcam or CCTV, is urged to contact investigators.
Investigations are continuing.
