Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate an 84-year-old man missing from Coopers Plains since yesterday afternoon, 28 March.

Peter Huang (pictured) was last seen at Beryl Roberts Park on Barham Street shortly before 6pm and has not returned to his Salisbury home since then.

Police and Peter’s family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition which may cause him to become confused.

Peter is 175cm tall with an average build, grey hair and brown eyes, and wears glasses.

He is wearing a grey jacket, long khaki pants, black shoes and a white cap.

Peter doesn’t have access to a vehicle and is travelling on foot.

Residents in the area are urged to check their yards in case Peter has sought shelter on their property.

Police are appealing to anyone with information regarding Peter’s whereabouts to contact Policelink.
