Detectives from Redcliffe Child Protection and Investigation Unit are appealing for witnesses following an incident on 13 March.

It will be alleged a vehicle was driven dangerously between North Lakes and Woolloongabba between 1pm and 2pm.

The vehicle was not stolen and was intercepted by police at Ipswich Road near Oxley Road. Investigations are ongoing.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen a charcoal Volkswagen Golf GTI with QLD registration 107YPZ between the nominated times and locations, or anyone who has relevant dashcam, to contact Crimestoppers.
