A 56-year-old male Senior Constable from the North Coast Region has been issued a notice to appear in relation to an alleged assault.
The member has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm, allegedly committed while on duty.
He has been stood down from the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on 10 March 2026.
