The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating a serious two vehicle traffic crash at Chelmsford in the South Burnett earlier today, 6 March.
Initial investigations indicate at around 10.50am a Toyota Rav 4 was travelling along Tingoora Chelmsford Road when it collided with a B-Double truck at the intersection of Wondai Proston Road.
The driver of the Toyota, a man aged in his 60’s, sustained life-threatening injuries and has been transported to Kingaroy Hospital in a critical condition.
The driver of the truck, a man aged in his 70’s, was not physically injured.
Investigations continue.
