The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following the death of a man in Hemmant this morning, 27 February.
Initial investigations indicate the man was operating a crane near the intersection of Hemmant Tingalpa Road and Youngs Road at around 8.25am when the crane tipped over and became entangled in a nearby power line.
The driver, a 58-year-old Albany Creek man, was declared deceased at the scene.
Anyone with relevant information or footage is urged to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
