A 46-year-old male Senior Constable from the Brisbane Region has been served with a notice to appear in relation to alleged drink driving.
The member has been charged with driving a motor vehicle whilst over the general alcohol limit but below the middle alcohol limit, allegedly committed while off duty.
The member has been stood down from the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on 26 February 2026.
