A crime scene has been declared following a serious assault at Oxenford last night, 13 February.
Initial investigations indicate about 11.50pm, a 34-year-old Kallangur man was involved in a physical altercation with a 28-year-old Oxenford man, a 33-year-old Oxenford man and 31-year-old Tugun man, at an address on Studio Drive.
During the altercation, the 33-year-old man has armed himself with a weapon.
Upon arrival, police located the 34-year-old Kallangur man out the front of the property with a number of puncture wounds.
He was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
A crime scene has been declared, and investigations are ongoing.
