Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 65-year-old woman reported missing from Mulgildie following a house fire this morning, 11 February.

Patricia Young was last seen at a property on Oak Street around 1.30am.

Around 2.40am, emergency services were called to the property following reports it was fully engulfed in flames.

A crime scene was declared, and a subsequent search of the property has failed to locate Patricia, who suffers from a medical condition.

Her family have also not been able to contact her and hold serious concern for her welfare.

She is described as Caucasian with grey and blonde hair and blue eyes, and police believe she may be driving a silver Toyota RAV 4 with Queensland registration 330YLI.

Police are appealing to Patricia, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, to contact Policelink.
