Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 12-year-old girl missing from Noosa Heads since Thursday 22 January.
The girl (pictured) was last seen about 5.35pm at Lions Park, Noosa Parade.
She has not made contact with family or friends since and police have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
She is described as Caucasian, approximately 174cm tall, slim build, with sandy blonde hair tied in a ponytail and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing a light pink t-shirt, long cream linen pants, white socks and slides.
Police are appealing to the girl or anyone with information that may assist in locating her to contact police.
