The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) are investigating a fatal traffic crash in Daisy Hill this afternoon, 30 November.

About 3.40pm, police and emergency services were called to Winnetts Road, between Dahlia Street and Daisy Hill Road, following reports a silver Nissan Murano Z50 and a yellow and black Honda Vtr250 motorcycle had collided.

The motorcycle rider, a 52-year-old Shailer Park man, was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver of the Nissan, a 27-year-old Shailer Park man, was not physically injured.

Police are appealing to anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dashcam vision to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
