The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating a fatal single vehicle traffic crash in Kuttabul this afternoon, 26 November.
About 3.20pm, police and emergency services were called to Yakapari Seaforth Road to reports a silver Ford Falcon had crashed.
Investigations indicate, the Ford was travelling towards Seaforth when the vehicle has lost control and crashed into a creek bed, about 6 meters from the road.
The driver and sole occupant, a 32-year-old Seaforth man has located deceased.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen the Ford Falcon or have relevant information, CCTV or dash cam vision between Saturday, 22 November and Wednesday, 26 November to contact police.
