Police are investigating a house fire that has claimed the life of a person at Lawnton, Moreton Bay, this morning, 23 November.
Emergency services were called to a property on Darcy Way around 5.35am after neighbours reported the fire.
A person was located deceased inside the residence.
Other occupants, a man, woman, and two teenagers, were treated at the scene and transported to hospital.
A crime scene has been declared, and the cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
Investigations are ongoing.
