Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 12-year-old girl missing from Brisbane City.

The girl (pictured) was last seen in the Queen Street Mall on 11 November.

Police have concerns for her welfare due to her young age and medical conditions.

The girl is described as being 160cm tall, slim build, olive complexion, with a dyed mahogany pixie haircut.

Police are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, to contact police.
