Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 32-year-old man missing from Biggera Waters.
Alexander Rowe was last seen on 20 October near to Brisbane Road and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his safety due to a medical condition.
He is described as 175 cm tall, with dark brown hair and has an average build. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, and black sandals.
Officers are appealing for Alexander, or anyone with further information, to contact police.
