Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 52-year-old man missing from Mount Gravatt East since 22 September.
Sergio Nasato, pictured, was last seen at an address on Creek Road around 6pm.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Sergio is described as Caucasian appearance, approximately 185cm tall, slim build, brown eyes, and grey hair. He is now clean shaven.
He was last seen wearing a grey jumper, cream-coloured trousers and grey sneakers.
Police are appealing for Sergio, or anyone with information about his whereabouts, to immediately come forward.
