Police have charged a man with grievous bodily harm following an incident in Loganlea last night, 18 September.
Investigations indicate about 7.30pm, police were called to Haig Street following reports of a disturbance.
It will be alleged, a 57-year-old Loganlea man has threatened a 40-year-old Loganlea man and a 52-year-old Loganlea woman with a weapon, resulting in injuries.
The 40-year-old man was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital and the 52-year-old woman was transported to Logan Hospital.
The 57-year-old man has been charged with two counts of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
He is expected to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court today, 19 September.
